These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PKR11 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using PKR11 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use PKR11. One account per person; providing false registration information is strictly prohibited.

Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, exploiting software errors, money laundering and any activity that disrupts the platform or other users are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
PKR11 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion tools. Gambling should be entertainment. If gambling is causing harm, we encourage players to use these tools or seek external support.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and PKR11 (hereinafter "PKR11", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pkr11.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").
PKR11 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform. The Platform is designed for and marketed to English-speaking users, including users located in Pakistan. By accessing PKR11, you confirm that you have independently satisfied yourself that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are acting of your own free will and accord.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any capacity, including without limitation by registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 15) constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with PKR11's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
To be eligible to open and maintain a PKR11 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
PKR11 does not permit use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Age verification checks may be initiated at any time, including before or after a withdrawal request. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under different names or using different email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. You warrant that all information supplied during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and not misleading.
PKR11 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal. PKR11 further reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account was registered using false, inaccurate or fraudulent information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. PKR11 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify PKR11 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 16. PKR11 staff will never ask you to provide your password under any circumstances.
PKR11 is required by its operating licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity and age of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawals and at such other times as PKR11 deems necessary.
As part of the KYC process, PKR11 may request any or all of the following documents:
You must upload all requested documents exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via email, chat, social media or any other unsecured channel. Documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of falsified, altered or otherwise fraudulent documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. PKR11 accepts no liability for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a User's failure to provide satisfactory documentation.
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and listed in the Platform's cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier and may vary by payment method and user jurisdiction. PKR11 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
The payment method references made available on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for user orientation purposes only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of those institutions, nor does it imply that those entities have any affiliation with, or support for, PKR11. Users must independently verify which payment methods are available and operable in their region at the time of deposit.
Deposits made from third-party accounts — i.e., accounts not held in the same name as the PKR11 Account — will be refused and returned where possible. Deposits received from third-party accounts may trigger an AML review.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC completion, resolution of any open bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that no suspicious activity is associated with the Account. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
PKR11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts. Processing timelines are indicative and may vary. PKR11 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
PKR11 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives (collectively "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the Promotion is made available. Those specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement.
The following general principles apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
PKR11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Promotion or winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, collusion or any breach of these Terms. These figures and examples are illustrative. Users should consult the applicable promotion terms currently in force on the Platform.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable sporting rules, market-specific rules and casino game rules as published in the Platform's Rules section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or sport-specific rule, the game-specific or sport-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game or market only.
PKR11 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on an event that was settled in error. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's real balance. PKR11's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution procedure made available by the Platform.
Live betting markets (including ball-by-ball cricket markets during PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series) are subject to suspension or removal at any time. PKR11 accepts no liability for any inability to place, amend or cash out a live bet due to technical issues, data feed interruptions or platform maintenance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of PKR11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform; frame or utilise framing techniques involving PKR11 trademarks, logos or other proprietary information; use data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may expose the User to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR11 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if PKR11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PKR11 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any failure to provide the Platform where such failure is beyond PKR11's reasonable control, including without limitation technical failures, connectivity issues, third-party service outages, government action or force majeure events.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Users acknowledge that they may lose money wagered on the Platform and that PKR11 bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform, whether arising from lawful gaming activity or otherwise.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR11 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time and accessible in the Platform's licensing section.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. PKR11 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which it holds an applicable licence. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
PKR11 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where the change is material, PKR11 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect. Where applicable, ongoing wagering requirements and withdrawal requests already in progress at the time of an amendment will be processed under the Terms that were in place when those activities were initiated.
