Our Story

About PKR11 — Built for Pakistan's Players

PKR11 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform created specifically for Pakistani users. We cover cricket markets, PSL and T20 betting, live dealer casino games, slots and everything in between — all in one place, all in English, and all with PKR front and centre.

Who We Are

The PKR11 Story

PKR11 was created out of a straightforward observation: Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts deserved a betting and gaming platform that actually spoke their language — not just in English, but in the rhythms, references and payment methods that make everyday life in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar feel familiar.

Most international gambling platforms were designed for Western markets. Odds were displayed in formats that felt foreign, currency conversion was a constant headache, and customer support had no idea what the PSL standings were. PKR11 set out to change that from day one. We built the platform with Pakistani Rupees as the default display currency, cricket as the headline sport, and familiar payment references — like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — as orientation points, so players would immediately feel at home.

The name PKR11 itself is a deliberate nod to two things Pakistan loves most: PKR, the Pakistani Rupee, and 11, the number of players that take the field in cricket. It is a simple combination that says everything about who this platform is for and what it cares about. From ICC Test series to T20 World Cup knockout stages, from PSL final nights to Premier League Saturdays, PKR11 covers the moments that matter to Pakistani fans.

Beyond sports, the platform brings a full casino experience — live roulette, baccarat, blackjack, slots with verified RTPs, and fast-format crash games — to mobile-first users across Pakistan's major cities. The interface is lightweight by design, built to perform well on Telenor, Jazz, Zong and Ufone mobile data connections even during peak cricket broadcast hours.

Transparency is central to what PKR11 represents. We display bonus terms clearly before any promotion goes live. We publish wagering requirements, maximum bet rules and game-contribution percentages because we believe players who understand the rules have a better experience. We are not in the business of burying fine print.

Mission & Features

What PKR11 Stands For

These six principles guide every decision we make — from which games to offer and how to display odds, to how we handle responsible gambling tools and support response times.

English-First, Pakistan-Aware

PKR11 operates entirely in natural English but is built around the context Pakistani players live in — cricket schedules in PST, payment references that are household names, and sports markets covering the events Pakistanis actually watch and care about.

Transparent by Design

No buried terms, no misleading bonus headlines. PKR11 presents wagering requirements, RTP figures, house edges and withdrawal conditions in plain language before users commit to anything. Informed players make better decisions.

Mobile-First Performance

The majority of Pakistani internet users access content on mobile. PKR11 loads fast on mid-range Android devices and standard 4G connections, with a clean layout that does not require a desktop to navigate comfortably.

PKR-Native Experience

Balances, bets, deposits and bonus amounts are all shown in Pakistani Rupees. Players from Karachi to Peshawar can understand exactly what they are wagering without mental currency arithmetic or surprise conversion fees.

Responsible Gambling First

Deposit limits, loss caps, session timers and self-exclusion tools are built into the account settings. We actively encourage players to use these controls and we surface responsible gambling information prominently — not hidden in a footer.

Real Support, Real Responses

Live chat is available 24/7 on the platform. Email support typically responds within 24 hours. English is the primary language, with Urdu-speaking agents available on request — because support should feel helpful, not like a ticket queue.

The Values Behind PKR11

These are not marketing slogans — they are the commitments we hold ourselves to when making product and editorial decisions every day.

We present odds, RTPs and terms as accurately as available data allows, and we flag when information is illustrative.

🔒

Security

Player data and account security are non-negotiable. Sensitive operations always use encrypted HTTPS flows.

⚖️

Fairness

Games sourced from certified studios. RTPs published. Bonus rules stated up front. No hidden advantages for the house beyond the stated game odds.

🤝

Respect

Every player interaction — from support chat to KYC review — is handled with respect for the player's time and dignity.

💡

Education

We believe informed players are healthier players. Education content is published at the same priority level as promotional content.

🛡️

Responsibility

Responsible gambling tools are built into the product — not offered as an afterthought. Player welfare sits above short-term conversion metrics.

Our Commitments

What PKR11 Promises Its Players

Commitments are only meaningful if they are specific. Here is exactly what pkr11 commits to every player who uses the platform.

Clear Bonus Terms Always

Every promotion on PKR11 displays its wagering requirement, maximum bet limit, game-contribution percentages, expiry date and cash-out cap before a player opts in. We do not advertise a bonus headline figure without immediately explaining what it takes to unlock it.

Withdrawal Processed Fairly

Withdrawal requests are processed according to published timelines. KYC verification is the gateway to withdrawals — and we commit to explaining exactly what documentation is required and why, rather than surprising players at the point of cash-out.

Responsible Gambling Tools Active

Deposit limits, loss caps, session timers and self-exclusion are available from account settings with immediate effect for reductions. We commit to honouring self-exclusion requests promptly and not marketing to excluded players during their exclusion period.

No Misleading Legal Claims

PKR11 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani financial institution. We do not imply that using this platform makes gambling legally permissible in Pakistan. Users must understand their local laws.

PKR11 and the Pakistani Betting Community

Pakistan is home to one of the world's most passionate cricket-following communities. From packed streets in Lahore during a Pakistan vs India match to the organised PSL fan culture that has grown up around Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans and Islamabad United, cricket is not just a sport in Pakistan — it is a shared cultural experience that runs across generations and cities.

PKR11 was designed with that cultural reality in mind. When we built the sportsbook section, we made sure Pakistan national team fixtures received the same depth of markets — match winner, top batsman, over totals, player performance bets — that European football receives on comparable platforms. When we built the payment-reference section, we made sure players could quickly orient themselves around names they already trust, like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and the major Pakistani banks, even as we remind users that availability and integration vary by operator and these institutions do not endorse gambling.

We are also conscious of the fact that football, UFC and international esports have a growing audience in Pakistan, particularly among younger users in urban centres like Islamabad and Karachi. PKR11 covers those markets too — not as an afterthought, but as a genuine recognition that Pakistani players have diverse sporting interests.

In everything we do — from how we write our educational content to how we present odds and process support requests — we try to be the platform that treats Pakistani players as informed adults deserving of transparency, respect and a genuinely enjoyable experience. That is the PKR11 commitment, and it is one we hold ourselves to every single day.
