Account Controls

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your PKR11 account per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets. Reducing a deposit limit takes immediate effect. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before the change applies — protecting you from impulsive increases.
Cap your net losses over a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net losses reach the cap you have set, PKR11 will prevent further wagers until the limit period expires. This tool is particularly useful for players who set aside a fixed PKR entertainment budget and want an automated safeguard preventing overspend beyond that amount.
Define the maximum duration of a single login session. When the session time limit expires, you are automatically logged out of PKR11. This prevents unintended marathon play sessions and encourages natural breaks — valuable for mobile users who might otherwise keep a session open in the background during PSL coverage or late-night cricket.
Set timed on-screen notifications that appear at regular intervals during a play session — for example every 30 minutes or every hour. Each notification shows your current session duration, your net position, and gives you the option to continue or end the session. It is a simple but effective prompt to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
Take a structured break from the Platform for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks — without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, place bets or make deposits. PKR11 will not send you any promotional or marketing communications during the cooling-off period. The period cannot be cut short once activated.
Request a full self-exclusion from PKR11 for a defined minimum period — typically between six months and five years — or on a permanent basis. Once a self-exclusion is activated, your account is blocked, PKR11 will not accept new registrations from you, and all marketing communications will stop immediately. The exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has fully elapsed and you have made a formal reinstatement request.
